SAC's Magic Fry
SAC’s Magic Fry was born from a legacy of love, flavor, and family. Founded by our father, Henry—a former Navy Culinary Specialist and proud son of the South—this business began as his dream and became our family’s mission. With deep roots in Mobile, Alabama and a passion for soulful cooking, he built SAC’s as a foundation to pass down to his three children (S-A-C), instilling in us the values of hard work, hospitality, and excellence.
In 2007, we brought that Southern spirit to California, and for over 15 years, we’ve been serving up more than just food—we’ve been serving culture, community, and connection. Every dish we make is seasoned with tradition and served with pride, from our crispy fries and golden fried chicken to our catfish baskets and homemade comfort classics.
As a second-generation, Black-owned family business, we’re not just building a brand—we’re continuing a legacy. We believe in feeding people with purpose, honoring where we come from, and inspiring where we’re going.
